Hickory's story
Hickory and his friend or relative Heidi came to us recently from the horrid dog meat trade in South Korea. They were removed together from a dog meat farm and put into a month long foster care isolation program. They have been with humans for some time now and really enjoy human contact. They are small little yorkies and appear to be purebred. Why they raise them for meat is a mystery to everyone. WE heard they make good soup....YUK!! They are adorable little 8 pound doggies !! They were shaved down but you can tell they have very soft yorky hair and will be no shed dogs. They are neutered or spayed and will be sent home with a microchip to be placed later, and they are fully vaccinated and ready to start a new and great life here in Montana or surrounding area. They are $350 to adopt and well worth it. We never get yorkies in so this was a surprise!! All their medical work is included in their fee and the fee helps us to pay a bit of the airfare into our country.
